A New Beginning!

What a better way to start a new blog than with a new beginning! A new beginning with puppies. Travis Morgan and I recently got two new puppies, Mugsy and Fergie. They are Boston Terriers... emphasis on the terrier. They are great, but wow, they are a lot of work. We have been taking them to puppy training classes. So far they have mastered 'sit' and that's about it. We are working on 'down,' 'wait,' and 'come.' Unless we have a tasty treat... forget about it! And the potty training... not so much. We think they have it one day, but then all is lost the next.

They are quite the attention-getters, too. It's not uncommon to find 5 or 6 kids chasing them around wanting to pet and play with them. Even the moms and dads joining the kids find a little soft spot for the little guys. I just have to look past the fact they have chewed up my favorite pair of heels...
